Yes — completely. Once you sign up for a city, we don't sell that city to anyone else. Every homeowner who scans in your territory sees only your name and phone. No other roofer ever gets those leads.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel any time via email — no questions asked, no penalty. Monthly plans cancel at end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at renewal.

How many leads should I expect?

It depends how actively you deploy your QR code. Roofers who put the code on their trucks and send the email to past customers typically see 10-30 scans in month 1 and 3-8 qualified leads. After a major storm, that number spikes significantly.

What's the difference between tiers?

Only the price — based on market size. Every plan includes identical features: exclusive territory, your branding on reports, instant lead emails, storm alerts, branding kit, and lead dashboard. Bigger cities cost more because they generate more leads.

Can I cover multiple cities?

Yes — you can claim as many cities as you want, each billed separately. Many contractors start with one city and expand as the leads come in.
